Trade Fairs and Exhibitions are an important tool in marketing

Trade fairs can be an extremely important promotional and marketing tool for your business. The advantages for new or existing businesses are:

  • An opportunity to launch or introduce new products or services.

Government Incentives

We also offer our clients the opportunity to utilise the various incentive schemes from the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI). A selection of our exhibitions is on the list of international pavilions offered by the DTI on an annual basis.

We can assist clients by completing all the necessary documents and forms, deliver the documents to the dti and will follow up with the department on your behalf until completion of the application.

Once you return from the exhibition, we will assist with the claims and refund process.

Exhibition Coordinating

We deal directly with the show organisers and are in the unique position to negotiate an excellent location for your products and assist you with all the exhibition details. 

Our facilitating services starts with freight logistics, ensuring that your freight is on your stand when you arrive for the build-up. We assist with the ordering of furniture, electricity and audiovisual equipment for your stand. 

If you prefer a stand built to your specifications, we have an extensive database of master stand builders who can advise and build a stand to your requirements. We also assist with other exhibition obstacles, such as press releases and press coverage while you are at the exhibition. 

As many of our exhibitions are in foreign countries, we have translators, hostesses and caterers on hand during the event to enable you to concentrate on your business meetings.
